Job Title: Landscape Service Contractor

Sun City Landscaping is seeking a skilled Landscape Service Contractor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of our landscape construction and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities to ensure high-quality results and efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise and schedule staff to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
  • Develop and implement plans for labor and materials to meet project requirements.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed, including materials used and labor hours.
  • Tender and administer contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to support project needs.
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient project execution.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
Work Environment:

This role requires working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and provide excellent oral communication skills.
