- Oversee and approve all aspects of Offers to Lease and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Approve rent billings, rolls, and budgets, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Oversee all property insurances and prepare tax assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with accounting on reconciliations and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage monthly management reports, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Responsible for year budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Completed post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, property administration, and/or leasing.
- Experience working with Yardi, a leading property management software.
- Experience managing a high-performance team, with a proven track record of success.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Strong sense of integrity and honesty, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and negotiation management.
