Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach the commercial administration team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Oversee and approve all aspects of Offers to Lease and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Approve rent billings, rolls, and budgets, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Oversee all property insurances and prepare tax assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with accounting on reconciliations and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage monthly management reports, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Responsible for year budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Completed post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, property administration, and/or leasing.
  • Experience working with Yardi, a leading property management software.
  • Experience managing a high-performance team, with a proven track record of success.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong sense of integrity and honesty, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and negotiation management.
