Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Duggan Vape & Smoke. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including training and development

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced retail environment
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Permanent full-time position
  • 40 hours per week
