Job Summary

PB-23 DRYWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining insulation systems in various types of buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and apply the appropriate type of insulation material for the job
  • Measure and cut insulation materials to the required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools
  • Install insulation systems, including vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
  • Supervise and train other workers on insulation installation and maintenance
  • Estimate costs and materials for insulation projects
  • Operate computer software systems for insulation design and installation
  • Remove hazardous insulation materials, such as asbestos and lead
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in insulation installation and maintenance
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding environments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment

As an Insulation Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in physically demanding environments.
