Job Title: Insulation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at PB-23 DRYWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Job Summary:

The Insulation Specialist will be responsible for installing and inspecting insulation materials in various types of buildings, including residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong technical knowledge of insulation systems, materials, and installation methods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and apply the appropriate type of insulation material for the job
  • Measure and cut insulation materials to the required shape and dimensions
  • Install insulation in various locations, including walls, floors, and ceilings
  • Inspect insulation installations to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  • Supervise and train other workers on insulation installation procedures
  • Estimate costs and materials for insulation projects
  • Operate computer software systems to design and plan insulation installations
  • Remove asbestos, ceramic fibers, lead, and other hazardous materials from buildings
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in insulation installation
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Overtime required
