About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at 2213912 Alberta Inc. as an Exterior and Interior Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exterior Painting: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to exterior surfaces.
  • Interior Painting: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, and advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings.
  • Surface Preparation: Repair cracks and holes, and perform drywall taping/patching as needed.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Operate airless spray equipment, brush painting, conventional spray painting, patterned rollers, and roller painting.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials, and plan painting projects to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the painting industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work outdoors and in various locations.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
