We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Decorator to join our team at SEHJAS HOMES LTD. as a key member of our design team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Estimation: Accurately estimate the cost of interior design projects, taking into account materials, labor, and other expenses.
  • Design Specifications: Prepare detailed specifications for interior design projects, including color schemes, finishes, and materials.
  • Space Planning: Create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet clients' needs and preferences.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality design work.
  • Blueprint Review: Review and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Color and Material Selection: Advise clients on the selection of colors, finishes, and materials, considering ergonomic and occupational health standards.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and the purpose of the space.
  • Design Development: Develop detailed plans and 3D models showing the arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting, and other fixtures.Support for Diverse Groups
    • Mentorship Programs: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
