About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at G.M & J.R Multiservices Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the preparation and application of paints and coatings to various surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring they are free from dust, dirt, and other contaminants.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure surfaces are in good condition.
  • Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to the desired colour and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces using a variety of techniques.
  • Scaffolding and Rigging: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as required to ensure safe access to work areas.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work areas to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
