About the Role

Accoravillage is seeking an experienced Inflight Base Supervisor to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our Inflight Operations team, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring our Cabin Crew to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service and meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching and Development: Provide guidance and support to Cabin Crew to help them reach their full potential and improve their performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate and monitor Cabin Crew performance, addressing any concerns and providing feedback to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage and maintain all personnel files, conduct daily briefings, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Communication: Liaise with various departments, including Head Office, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all Cabin Crew adhere to Transport Canada regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum three years of Inflight experience, including onboard management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and self-starter approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
