We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Betts Electric Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
* Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a productive work environment
* Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
* Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel
* Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
* Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area
* Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
* Prepare and type correspondence, forms, and other documents
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily office operations
