Job Title: Office Manager

At Capstone Immigration Services Ltd, we are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and goals.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget planning.
  • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and respectful manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
