Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Program Management to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex software programs from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment with the company's strategic business direction.
  • Project Management: Ensure that project management principles are followed across all project phases, from planning to delivery.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, partners, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and success.
  • Cross-Organizational Initiatives: Contribute to and lead cross-organizational initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Roadblock Removal: Analyze, remove, and prevent roadblocks to meeting defined business objectives.
  • Status and Risk Communication: Communicate regularly with leadership on project status and risk.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve team practices based on feedback and data.
  • Budget and Workforce Management: Track and report on budget and workforce management.
Qualifications
  • Technical Program Management Experience: 10+ years of technical program management experience running medium to large cross-organizational software programs.
  • High-Scale Software Experience: Experience working on high-scale, high-availability multi-tenant web services.
  • Complex Organization Experience: Experience partnering across complex organizations.
