Program Management Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Director to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our quality policies, managing updates and communication with our partners, and supporting processes for planning, delivery tracking, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Policy Management: Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our products.
- Partner Management: Manage updates and communication with our partners, identifying risks and dependencies, and ensuring transparency across all levels of the organization.
- Process Improvement: Support processes for planning, delivery tracking, and data integrity in the Quality Engineering team, and align with the wider Frostbite organization to enhance program management practices and increase predictability.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering managers, technical leaders, other development directors, and program managers to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion and maintain an environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
- Experience: You have 3+ years of project and program management experience, with experience in project management methodologies like Agile, SAFe, or Waterfall, including project planning, dependencies, and risk management.
- Requirements: You establish close relationships with partners and ensure transparency across all levels of an organization, have driven change in a dynamic and collaborative setting, have experience with distributed development across multiple locations, and are knowledgeable about software quality processes and software testing methodologies.
