About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to join our Global Functions Technology team at the Royal Bank of Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic projects focused on Risk, Compliance, and Data portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead concurrent projects utilizing shared resources with aggressive timelines.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
