About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at SaveMax Staffing Solutions. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the marketing team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Marketing Research
    • Conduct research on marketing strategies and trends to stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments.
  • Content Creation
    • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to engage with our target audience and promote our services.
  • Client Communication
    • Communicate with clients to understand their marketing needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Marketing Materials
    • Design and develop marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and other promotional materials.
  • Event Planning
    • Plan and coordinate marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other marketing software.
