About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at SaveMax Staffing Solutions. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our business development efforts and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Marketing Research
    • Conduct research on marketing strategies, trends, and best practices to inform our business development efforts.
  • Content Creation
    • Develop and implement content marketing strategies, including creating and distributing blog posts, social media content, and other marketing materials.
  • Event Planning
    • Plan and execute marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Client Support
    • Provide exceptional client support, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a business development role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
