About the Role

Cosmopolitan Realty is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in advising clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies, as well as assisting in the preparation of marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Advise clients on effective advertising and sales promotion strategies to achieve their business goals.
  • Communicate with Clients: Answer written and oral inquiries from clients, providing them with timely and accurate information.
  • Prepare Marketing Materials: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials to support client campaigns.
  • Coordinate Events: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to raise awareness about our clients' businesses.
  • Research and Gather Information: Gather, research, and prepare communications material to support client campaigns.
  • Deliver Educational Programs: Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a marketing or related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
