About the Role

Cosmopolitan Realty is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in advising clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies, assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, and coordinating special publicity events and promotions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare Marketing Materials: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate Events: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Research and Gather Information: Gather, research, and prepare communications material to support marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver Educational Programs: Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
