Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at LA Hills Esso. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Assist in the implementation of new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
