Job Title: Sales Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Massload Technologies Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales team activities, including scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including sales data and customer information
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance sales team performance
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
