Job Title: Sales Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Massload Technologies Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the sales team
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic inquiries
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
