Job Title: Sales Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Massload Technologies Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies, utilizing business acumen and creative thinking.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and other relevant software.
