- Process Orders Timely and Accurately: Ensure orders are processed efficiently, addressing any adjustments and billing corrections promptly.
- Support Post-Purchase Ownership Experience: Assist with delivery and service scheduling, replacement parts ordering, and consumer relations activities.
- Initiate Cold Calls: Build awareness around our transactional website and promote our services to select third-party business partners.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with E-commerce, Marketing, and other teams to understand sales goals, product positioning, and market trends.
- Align Communication with Marketing Objectives: Ensure communication aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Monitor and Respond to Product Reviews: Check and promptly reply to all product reviews based on company policies and standards.
- Measure Performance and Adjust Strategies: Utilize monthly reports to measure performance based on identified KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Associate's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: Possess an associate's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience.
- Customer Service and Sales Experience: Have a track record of sales success and exceptional customer support.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer Literacy: Be computer literate with typing skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Teamwork and Consumer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to work well in a team environment and possess a consumer-centric mindset and attitude.
- Strong Work Ethic and Integrity: Demonstrate a strong work ethic with integrity, self-motivation, and personal responsibility.
- Experience with Call Centers or Equivalent Customer Service: Have experience with call centers or equivalent customer service experience.
- Proactive and Entrepreneurial Spirit: Be proactive in staying current with all promotional opportunities and possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals.
- English and French Required: Possess English and French language proficiency.
