Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Assist shoppers through ordering via email, phone, online chat, or text, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
  • Maximize Sales Conversion: Utilize excellent customer service, product knowledge, and follow-through calls and emails to finalize sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Exceed Customer Expectations: Provide the highest level of care and service from inquiry initiation to order delivery and through the ownership experience.
  • Process Orders Timely and Accurately: Ensure orders are processed efficiently, addressing any adjustments and billing corrections promptly.
  • Support Post-Purchase Ownership Experience: Assist with delivery and service scheduling, replacement parts ordering, and consumer relations activities.
  • Initiate Cold Calls: Build awareness around our transactional website and promote our services to select third-party business partners.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with E-commerce, Marketing, and other teams to understand sales goals, product positioning, and market trends.
  • Align Communication with Marketing Objectives: Ensure communication aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Monitor and Respond to Product Reviews: Check and promptly reply to all product reviews based on company policies and standards.
  • Measure Performance and Adjust Strategies: Utilize monthly reports to measure performance based on identified KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: Possess an associate's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience.
  • Customer Service and Sales Experience: Have a track record of sales success and exceptional customer support.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Be computer literate with typing skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Teamwork and Consumer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to work well in a team environment and possess a consumer-centric mindset and attitude.
  • Strong Work Ethic and Integrity: Demonstrate a strong work ethic with integrity, self-motivation, and personal responsibility.
  • Experience with Call Centers or Equivalent Customer Service: Have experience with call centers or equivalent customer service experience.
