Regional Program Manager

The Regional Program Manager will oversee and manage the implementation and growth of programs within their designated region. This role requires a strong understanding of the region's social, economic, and cultural landscape.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee regional programs and initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders
  • Collaborate with local organizations to enhance program impact
  • Develop and manage regional program budgets
  • Ensure compliance with funding requirements and organizational policies
  • Assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts as needed
  • Oversee state and federal grants, including ensuring compliance and accurate reporting
  • Prepare and submit regular program reports to senior leadership

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution
  • At least 2 years' experience working with high-risk populations
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and grant management
  • Experience with state and federal grant management, including application, compliance, and reporting
  • Familiarity with the region's social, economic, and cultural landscape
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

VP of Community and Impact


This is a full-time, salaried exempt position. The employee will be eligible for full benefits, including health, retirement, and vacation benefits, on the first of the month following the hire date.
