Pizza Factory Food Service Supervisor Job Description

At Pizza Factory, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating food preparation staff, training staff in job duties and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation Staff: Lead a team of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Maintain Records of Stock and Sales: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and sales strategies.
  • Prepare Food Order Summaries: Prepare detailed summaries of food orders for the chef to ensure accurate preparation and presentation.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Details: Permanent position, 40 hours per week, English language
