Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Manager to join our team at Acosta. This role is responsible for the management of customer relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share.
- Sales Performance: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including volume and sales growth goals.
- Business Planning: Create and execute customer business plans that align with company goals, including merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving.
- Account Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of customer accounts, including trade marketing funds, direct shipments, and data analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Retail Sales Managers, supervisors, and other team members to achieve sales objectives and build organizational capacity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of six months of relevant experience in retail, marketing, space management, or resets.
- Skills: Expertise in Microsoft software, excellent presentation skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and a valid driver's license.
