Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Manager to join our team at Acosta. This role is responsible for the management of customer relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share.
  2. Sales Performance: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including volume and sales growth goals.
  3. Business Planning: Create and execute customer business plans that align with company goals, including merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving.
  4. Account Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of customer accounts, including trade marketing funds, direct shipments, and data analysis.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with Retail Sales Managers, supervisors, and other team members to achieve sales objectives and build organizational capacity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of six months of relevant experience in retail, marketing, space management, or resets.
  • Skills: Expertise in Microsoft software, excellent presentation skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and a valid driver's license.
