Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Manage client accounts and ensure client satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Monitor client feedback and provide solutions to any issues
Ensure client data is accurate and up-to-date
Assist with the development of client service strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or client relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
