Job Title: Human Resources Strategic Partner

Join Mohawk College as a Human Resources Strategic Partner and contribute to the development of a diverse and inclusive workforce. As a key member of the HR team, you will provide proactive and comprehensive HR consultancy, advisory, and coaching services to managers across the College.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead organizational reviews and design projects to enhance strategic, operational, and service goals.
  • Advise leadership teams on job descriptions, staffing models, and workforce planning.
  • Support performance management, employee relations, and investigations.
  • Participate in interview panels and provide information on HR programs and practices.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to deliver high-quality value-added services.
Requirements:
  • A three-year degree with specialized, professional qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of seven years of progressive experience as an HR professional.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with computer literacy in typical work-related applications.
  • Demonstrated commitment to human rights, equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
