Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based interventions and promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy programs to support clients' occupational performance goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Canadian university program or equivalent.
  • Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba (COTM) with a practicing register or provisional register as an examination candidate.
  • Current CPR training and certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality care and patient-centered practice.
