Responsibilities:

* Provide occupational therapy services to patients in Long Term Care, Acute Care, and Out-Patient Programs
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary patient care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct assessments and interventions to promote occupational performance and prevent illness and disability
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing professional development

Requirements:

* Entry-to-practice academic credential in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Canadian university program
* Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba (COTM)
* Membership in the Manitoba Society of Occupational Therapists (MSOT) and the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT)
* Valid driver's license and vehicle for home visits (PRIME program)
