Human Resources Generalist

Russell Tobin is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join their team in Ontario, Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities, including planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices.
- Partner with the organization on strategic initiatives to maintain and enhance the organization's human resources.
- Develop and implement processes to improve talent acquisition strategies and employee engagement.
- Manage bi-weekly payroll and ensure compliance with WSIB and ESA regulations.
- Collaborate with executives to drive business results and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Proven expertise in training managers and employees, with a focus on organizational development and employee engagement.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, with attention to detail and good judgment.
