Human Resources Manager Job Description

About the Role

Russell Tobin is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team in Ontario, Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partnering with our team on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

* Develop and implement processes to improve talent acquisition strategies and enhance employee engagement.

* Collaborate with executives to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.

* Provide expert advice on employment standards, workers' compensation, and other HR-related matters.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.

* Strong recruiting and talent management skills, with a proven track record of improving talent acquisition strategies.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
