Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Financial Planning Director to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our financial planning processes, tracking performance indicators, and providing ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Participate as a full member of the Experiences leadership team, making enterprise-level decisions on resources and investments and providing accurate reporting to ensure informed decisions.
  • Lead financial planning processes, track performance indicators, and provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support the business.
  • Align all team members on specific funding proposals.
  • Partner with leadership to advise and manage budgets across all projects and titles.
  • Support leadership in making investment and project decisions.
  • Update financial visibility outlook, risk, and opportunities.
  • Improve internal finance workflows to improve partnerships.
  • Anticipate risks and collaborate with the business leadership to maintain financial goals.
  • Balance priorities and find creative solutions that achieve results.
  • Recruit and develop a successful inclusive team.
  • Influence, motivate, and collaborate with all team members.
  • Create an environment of excellence by implementing best practices, processes, and standards.
Qualifications
  • 15 or more years' experience in senior finance roles.
  • Executive leadership experience with a focus on team success and inclusivity.
  • Well-honed ability to resolve complex business issues through relationships.
  • Experience working in game development and marketing as a preference.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven experience evaluating performance metrics and implementing action plans.
  • Track record of using tools, processes, and teamwork to work at scale.
