Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at JOHNNY ROCCO'S ITALIAN GRILL. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, developing budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Recruit staff
  • Train staff
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Manage events
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 to 44 hours per week
  • English language
