Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Cementation Canada is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electricians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Develop and maintain electrical documentation, including diagrams, schematics, and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to electricians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a licensed electrician
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid Journeyperson Electrician Certificate
  • Registered in Ontario as an Electrician (considered an asset)
