Pioneer Food Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Operations and Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, establish methods to meet work schedules, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
