Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at MG PRECAST LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, and control construction projects from start to finish, including preparing production reports, coordinating activities, and scheduling tasks.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, hire, and train construction staff, as well as recommend personnel actions and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition materials and supplies, estimate costs, and set up equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Communication: Read blueprints and drawings, and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours of work per week
