**Sales Leadership Role**

In this critical position, you will lead the sales and distribution operations for the Nanaimo location, driving business growth and profitability for PepsiCo Beverages Canada.

**Key Accountabilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize volume and revenue within a defined area.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers in the region to drive business expansion.
  • Leverage local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand equity and drive performance.
  • Lead sales, delivery, and merchandising operations, ensuring delivery on service metrics and business targets.
  • Implement and maintain high standards for delivery and merchandising in a Geo-Box environment.
  • Oversee the operations of the cross-dock facility, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain positive labour relations with the Union.
  • Drive business results while managing costs effectively.
  • Lead the safety agenda, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe working practices.

**Essential Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous consumer packaged goods experience essential.
  • Minimum 2 years fact-based direct selling experience.
  • Previous people leadership experience, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency.
  • Solid oral presentation skills required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
