Job Description
This leadership role requires a strong focus on customer relationships, sales growth, and operational excellence. As a Sales District Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and operations associates to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximizing volume and revenue within a defined area in a direct store delivery go-to-market environment.
- Cultivating strong relationships with key customers in the region.
- Activating local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
- Effectively leading Sales, Delivery, and Merchandising operations through consistent coaching and capability building.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous consumer packaged goods experience.
- 2 years minimum fact-based direct selling experience.
- Previous people leadership, preferably in a sales environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
- Solid oral presentation skills required.
