**Key Responsibilities**
- Maximize volume and revenue within a defined area through effective go-to-market strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers in the region to drive business growth.
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize performance.
- Lead sales, delivery, and merchandising operations through consistent coaching and capability building to deliver on service metrics and business targets.
- Ensure team accountability on delivery and merchandising standards in a Geo-Box environment.
- Effectively manage the operations of the cross-dock facility to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain strong and positive labour relations with the Union.
- Deliver volume and revenue results while managing costs effectively.
- Lead the safety agenda, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe working practices.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Previous consumer packaged goods experience essential.
- Minimum 2 years fact-based direct selling experience.
- Previous people leadership experience, preferably in a sales environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency.
- Solid oral presentation skills required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
