About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Lead to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager and assistant manager with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Greet customers, run the cash register, and make purchase suggestions to enhance the customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards of appearance and customer service.
- Interact with customers daily, providing fast and friendly service, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Contribute to a fun and energetic work environment, accomplishing daily tasks and achieving sales goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work at a quick pace, while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
