Job Summary

Advantage Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Team Lead to join our team. As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for merchandising and resetting products at retail accounts to ensure customer and client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reset Activity, Shelf Conditions and Schematics Completion: Implement customer-approved schematics/plan-o-grams/MODs with all items tagged and approved by store management.
  • Customer Relations: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
  • Administration/Reporting: Complete accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Field of Study/Area of Experience: Retail, Consumer Package Goods (CPG), or merchandising products at retail accounts within an assigned territory.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Previous retail experience, strong self-management skills, ability to complete daily procedures and responsibilities without direct supervision, and good judgment.
Work Environment

The Merchandising Team Lead will work in a retail in-store environment, requiring the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing physical activity, lifting and/or pushing up to 35 kgs, standing on feet for long periods of time, and using products or cooking as appropriate for the demonstration.
