Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Circle K. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate the cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory levels.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
