Customer Service Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Lead to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager and assistant manager with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Greet customers, run the cash register, and make purchase suggestions to enhance the customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards of appearance and customer service.
- Interact with customers daily, providing fast and friendly service, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Participate in daily tasks, such as restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining store displays.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
