About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Kingsway Drive Thru Ltd. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Food Handling and Sanitation
    • Handle and store food and beverages in a safe and sanitary manner.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment.
