Job Summary

BYO FOOD ENTERPRISE LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Deliver clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables
    • Carry and replace linen
    • Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
    • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used
    • Package take-out food
    • Portion and wrap foods
    • Take customers' orders
    • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
    • Handle and store cleaning products
  • Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
  • General Maintenance
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
    Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work a 40-hour week.
