**About the Role**

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator/Assistant to join our team at BrightPath Kids Canada. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and families to provide a nurturing environment for children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with instruction in the classroom
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Interact with children to encourage their involvement in activities
  • Establish collaborative relationships with colleagues and families
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized classroom

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Early Childhood Assistant Certification or Registered Early Childhood Educator
  • Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR certification
  • Current immunization and health assessment as per local Minister of Health requirements
  • Experience in planning and implementing programs
