About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation and optimization of our financial data systems through advanced SAP solutions. As a Sr. Manager, IT SAP Treasury, you will partner with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and deliverables, and deliver global project implementations including system design, configuration, validation, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to streamline operations in Treasury, Risk Management, Banking, and Cash Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with all company standards and policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing SAP Financials
  • 3+ years experience with configuration/implementation of SAP treasury module
  • Knowledge of SAP Cash Management, Bank Account Management, Treasury and Risk Management, SAP Payments or SAP Financial Accounting
  • Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs into technical specifications in English
  • Be able to write functional & technical specifications for a developer
  • Strong collaboration mentality with an ability to cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, peers, and teams
  • Strong analytical ability requiring a high degree of attention to detail
  • Proven ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve problem situations as effectively as possible
  • Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge in S/4 HANA, SAP Financial Supply Chain Management, Fiori Apps, SAP Analytics Cloud, banking interfaces like SWIFT
  • Academic certifications in SAP, Treasury or Finance areas
  • Knowledge about Industry standard processes
  • Project management certifications
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $163,000 USD, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including insurance, retirement plans, vacation/PTO, paid holidays, and paid parental leave.
