Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in active collaboration with business and technical teams to set up the SAP procurement applications (Ariba, Materials Management) and provide support.
  • Understand and apply information technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities.
  • Support day-to-day business requirements according to global SLA.
  • Apply conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to address business issues.
  • Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources availability.
  • Ability to collaborate with Business Teams and the GIT Teams toward developing feasible and sustainable processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation of processes, knowledge acquisition, and transfers.
  • Carry out testing and create test scripts and prepare functional specifications.
  • Develop and provide leadership during testing and quality assurance phases.
  • Drive continuous improvement of process definition.
  • Experience in project management and system upgrades.
  • Act as a consultant in the Supply Chain area and represent their department when collaborating with decision-making and technical bodies.
  • Experience in developing Functional specifications for using objects like user exits, BADIs, enhancements.
  • Basic knowledge of Debug Skill.
  • At least One End to End Implementation experience in required area (SAP Ariba and SAP MM).

Requirements:

  • Engineering graduate with 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana or ECC 6.0.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management and SAP Ariba modules in Procure to Pay cycle for direct & Indirect.
  • Knowledge on Enterprise structure setup in SAP & ability to configure Procurement applications like SAP Ariba and SAP Material management.
  • Experience in replenishment scenario setup for intercompany & intracompany processes between 2 plants.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP WM and Batch management & Integration with FI.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and identify root cause.
  • Flexible and adaptable to new technologies.
  • Eager to stay ahead of technological advancements and apply them to enhance business operations.
  • Effectively lead multi-functional teams to deliver innovative IT solutions.
  • Analyze repetitive issues and implement strategies to minimize support tickets.
  • Conduct performance tuning to improve system performance across various business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Added advantages of applications like EDI interfaces - messages in procurement & logistics area, ABAP debugging.
  • Good SAP technical architecture knowledge of connected systems including S/4HANA, Web methods or SAP PI, etc.
