Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Treasury Applications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for implementing, digitizing, and optimizing our financial data systems through advanced SAP solutions.

You will partner with business leaders to streamline operations in Treasury, Risk Management, Banking, and Cash Management, ensuring compliance with all company standards and policies. Your expertise in SAP Financials, Treasury, and Risk Management will be instrumental in driving business growth and improving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and deliverables
  • Deliver global project implementations including system design, configuration, validation, and support
  • Perform duties as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with all company standards and policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Finance
  • A proven record of performance with 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing SAP Financials
  • 3+ years experience with configuration/implementation of SAP treasury module
  • Knowledge of SAP Cash Management, Bank Account Management, Treasury, and Risk Management, SAP Payments, or SAP Financial Accounting
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs into technical specifications in English
  • Be able to write functional and technical specifications for a developer
  • Strong collaboration mentality with an ability to cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, peers, and teams
  • Strong analytical ability requiring a high degree of attention to detail
  • Proven ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve problem situations as effectively as possible
  • Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge in S/4 HANA, SAP Financial Supply Chain Management, Fiori Apps, SAP Analytics Cloud, banking interfaces like SWIFT
  • Academic certifications in SAP, Treasury, or Finance areas
  • Knowledge about industry-standard processes
  • Project management certifications
Compensation and Benefits

Colgate offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $163,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including insurance, retirement plans, vacation/PTO, paid holidays, and paid sick leave.
